How to Send a Webinar Email at a Specific Time of Day

Some emails should land at a specific time of day, not at a random minute. For day-based emails, Bumbi lets you pick the exact clock time they arrive.

Before you start

• A webinar with the Emails tab open.

Steps

1. Open your webinar and go to the Emails tab.
2. Open a Custom email, or add one.
3. Set its timing to a number of days after registration, for example 1 day or 3 days.
4. Turn on send at a time of day, then pick the clock time (like 9:00 AM) and the timezone.
5. Save. The email now lands on that day at that time, in the timezone you chose.

How to know it worked

The email's timing shows the day and the exact time. Bumbi handles daylight saving, so it always lands at the wall-clock time you set.

If something goes wrong

• Time of day is greyed out? It applies to day-based sends. Switch the timing to days after registration first.
