Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-20
Bumbi is used to reach real people with real offers. These rules exist to protect your audience, other creators, and the platform's email reputation, which every creator shares. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
You may not use Bumbi to:
- Send email to people who did not sign up through your pages or otherwise give you permission, or continue emailing people who unsubscribed.
- Run deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading pages, funnels, webinars, or offers, including fake scarcity about things that are not scarce, impersonation, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and get-rich-quick scams.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that harvests credentials or personal data under false pretenses, including via landing pages or shortened links.
- Use content you do not have rights to: pirated video, stolen course material, or trademarks and branding that are not yours.
- Promote illegal products or services, or content that is sexually exploitative, violent, or hateful.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the platform, other workspaces, or the isolation between them, or resell platform access outside your own workspace.
- Abuse selling, affiliate, or payout features: paying for your own or a colluding product with stolen or unauthorized cards, inflating sales or referrals, self-referring to earn commission on your own purchases, connecting a bank account that is not your own, or attempting to move money to anyone other than the verified account holder. Payout and affiliate abuse can result in withheld or reversed funds and account termination, as described in the Terms of Service.
- Claim or use a workspace address (subdomain) that impersonates a person, brand, or organisation you are not authorised to represent, infringes a trademark, is deliberately misleading, or is used for phishing, scams, or other abuse.
- Add malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized code, scripts, or tracking to published pages, or use supported HTML or embed features to harm visitors, mine cryptocurrency, harvest data deceptively, or bypass platform protections or content isolation.
- Collect personal information through forms or tracking without a lawful basis and an appropriate privacy notice to the people whose data you collect, or deploy any tracking technology through Bumbi without meeting the consent and privacy requirements that apply to it.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause sending, or suspend workspaces that violate this policy, per the Terms of Service. Spam complaints and bounce rates are monitored; workspaces that damage shared email deliverability can have sending paused even when no rule above is technically broken. To report abuse by a Bumbi-powered page or email, contact us through the support option or reply to the offending email.
