Webinar Email Variables Explained

Variables let one email greet every person by name and give them their own links. Type a variable and Bumbi fills it in for each recipient.

The variables you can use

• {{first_name}} the recipient's first name.
• {{full_name}} their full name.
• {{webinar_name}} the title of your webinar.
• {{join_link}} their personal link to join the live room.
• {{replay_link}} their personal link to the replay.
• {{session_time}} the date and time of their session.
• {{timezone}} the timezone their session time is shown in.

Steps

1. Open your webinar's Emails tab and edit any email.
2. Type a variable exactly as shown above, including the double braces.
3. Save. Each recipient gets their own values in place of the variable.

How to know it worked

Bumbi warns you if you type a variable it does not recognize, so a broken tag never goes out.
